A bridal shower is usually a very special occasion for both the bride-to-be and her companions, since the “girls night” feeling is floating around all evening and that’s the perfect start for this type of event.

The next step would be preparing the decorations; whether you’ll be ordering them now or later, from my experience it’s very important to have them about two weeks before the magic evening.
