Review For The Panasonic EP 1285 KL Massage Chair

Thursday, November 12th, 2009

Panasonic is releasing its Urban Collection consisting of three different content restyled massage chairs. Each of these massage chairs has a similar massage programming and remote control. They also share a common contemporary design. Here are some of the more salient features of the Panasonic EP 1285 KL massage chair which is the high-end model of the collection.

The striking contemporary design of the new Urban Collection is a great break with past Panasonic designs. Most Panasonic designs reflected fairly mundane and industrial looking chairs. The new Urban Collection boasts padded armrests and brushed aluminum accents.

The good thing about the Urban Collection is that it is loaded with massage therapy programs. There are four automatic programs and also eight manual massage courses. This gives you a good variety of treatments to suit your needs now and in the future.

The technology of the roller system is also standard in this platform. The roller system consists of a floating mechanism which is able to rotate similar to a wrist. This provides for more realistic massage movements for better relief.

Monday, October 12th, 2009

The focus of this product review is the mid range Sanyo SA5000 massage chair. We will evaluate this massage recliner in 5 separate categories ranging from warranty coverage to massage therapy. Each category can earn up to 20 points. An overall rating is given by adding up the scores for each category for a total of 100 possible points. This structured review helps to balance the review and provide a consistent basis for comparison. Let us take an in depth look at the Sanyo SA5000.

Warranty & Customer Service: Let us start at the company level and rate the warranty and customer service for Sanyo. Warranty coverage is a good benchmark of the manufacturer’s confidence is its product. Sanyo gives a 1 year labor, 1 year parts and 1 year in-home service. It does cover the roller mechanism for 3 years. For a company as large as Sanyo, the warranty is a little weaker than we would expect. Sanyo did start offering in-home service, which is an important service upgrade to match others in the industry. At least with in-home service they provide 1 year. Overall, customer service is competent. They have a national hot line with 24/7 service. Turnaround time on service is ok. Our Rating in this category is 15.

Parents–Keep An Eye On Those Airsoft Guns

Tuesday, August 18th, 2009

As a parent, a child’s safety is an important concern. When a child is shown the proper use of airsoft guns, the use becomes fairly safe if all areas of how this type of gun can harm them. Kids learn mostly by the information their parents or guardians give them. Teaching kids the possible ways airsoft guns can hurt them, is the key to using the guns safely.

There is a sufficient amount of protection equipment available for to ensure the safe operation of these types of guns. For the most part, if the proper safety procedures are explained and carried out each time the gun is used, the less amount of safety equipment will need to be purchased.

Some guns that are available have a number of different ammunition which can be used by the same gun. One example of the safest ammunition for the younger kids is the soft ammunition. This ammunition comes in many colors and is made of a soft rubber substance. Usually the guns that use this type of ammunition are a good choice for younger age groups.

Gas Airsoft Guns: How To Pick The Right Propellant

Friday, August 14th, 2009

There are plenty of reasons why gas airsoft guns are gaining in popularity across the United States, such as accuracy, functionality, cost of operation, and realism. One of the most important factors about the maintenance and operation of these guns is the propellant, some of the most common being 134A, green gas, and CO2.

The gas that should be used in any particular airsoft gun should be determined by more than one factor. First of all, the temperature in which the gun is being used can affect the gas pressure which in turn affects the gun’s firing power. Since one propellant may be appropriate in one temperature may be also be harmful to use in, say, a temperature that is 30 degrees Fahrenheit warmer, the fact that most gas type guns are designed for only one type of propellant is indeed a common problem.

Cold climates can also influence the type of propellant you require for your gas airsoft gun. If you live in a consistently cold area, the gas that the manufacturer suggests you use may not work because the pressure inside the gun has gone too low to support the firing action. A case of reduced pressure can also cause the valve to stay open following fire, resulting in the loss of all the gas in the gun.

Airsoft Guns: Making The Right Selection

Monday, August 10th, 2009

People use airsoft guns for many reasons and activities. For instance, some people shoot cans in their backyard, some hold airsoft wars against friends, and others join teams to participate in organized combat simulations. The purpose of your airsoft gun should be an important factor when purchasing one.

Those who just want an airsoft gun to shoot at targets can make good use of an inexpensive spring pistol. These guns are low maintenance and you don’t need anything fast or fancy or simple plinking, so you can just search Google for “airsoft spring pistol” and purchase the one you like most.

Spring shotguns and automatic electric guns are good airsoft guns for activities like backyard wars because they both have high rates of fire. Spring shotguns will release pellets as fast as you can pump the gun and are relatively inexpensive.

If you want something better than a spring shotgun, try an automatic electric gun. AEGs are built to perform similarly to real assault rifles, which make them ideal for both sniping and full out firing. These of course are more expensive, ranging anywhere from seventy to over four hundred dollars and also use many more pellets in one use than slower firing guns.

What I Like About A Massage Chair

Sunday, August 9th, 2009

It is amazing out how common massage chairs have become in our society. We see them in many different places like shopping malls and car washes. Many people own them and have them in their homes or even in their offices. Massage chairs are much more than just a feel-good item. They provide many different therapeutic benefits. Here are some of the things I most like about a massage chair.

One of the best things about a massage chair is that it provides a natural treatment. Massage has been used for centuries to help alleviate pain and reduce tightness and sore muscles. It uses a number of different specialized movements to help stretch out the muscles and soft tissues.

Massage chairs are a perfect way to receive frequent massage therapy. This is perhaps the greatest single benefit of a massage chair. The ability to receive a massage when you need it is what a massage chair is all about.

My massage chair conveniently fits around my schedule. I have the ability to receive massage therapy on demand. I never know when I will come under stress or when a muscle will ache. I don’t have to make a prior appointment. I just need to sit down for a few minutes and get work done.

Maximize the Effectiveness of Your Massage Chair Therapy

Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

Getting a massage should be a relaxing experience. Many things can impact your massage and the resulting effectiveness. In order to maximize your experience, I have put together a few tips to increase the effectiveness of your massage chair therapy. By making a few small changes, you can get the most out of your treatment.

Part of the massage experience is relaxation. It is a time to let go and unwind. This is important to help restore the healing process in your body. When receiving a massage it is important that it is at time and a place which will help the goal of relaxation.

The major aspect of relaxation is psychological. If your mind concentrates on the problems of the day, then it’ll be hard for the body to relax. Stress, anxiety and other issues cause tension in your body.

Relaxation is a state of mind. If your mind is busy with its own problems then it’ll be more difficult to relax. It is important to establish an environment which will facilitate the mind to relax and unwind. If the mind continues on a path of stress then it still holds tension over your body.

Massage Chair Treatment Guide

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

One of the oldest known natural methods of pain relief is massage therapy. There has been evidence of massage therapy dating back to the ancient Roman times. They use different massage techniques to help relieve pain and to restore healing in the body. It is interesting to note that massage therapy has been practiced in virtually every culture in the world. Now these massage techniques have been incorporated into massage chairs. We present some of the basic features you should look for in our massage chair therapy guide.

Back Massage: One of the more prominent areas for massage is the back. The low back is particularly important. It tends to take the most stress of the body. This can come from poor posture, improper lifting techniques or injury. Massage chairs use a roller system to provide different massage techniques for the back. When the low back is stiff, a rolling massage can provide good relief by stretching and elongate in the lower back muscles and soft tissues between the cervical discs.
